Can I reschedule?
As many times as you like. Your confirmation page has a private link to move your call, up to 10 minutes before it starts. The payment is non-refundable and carries over to the new time.
What if I miss the call?
We’ll email you a link to pick a new time or to have the interviewer call you right away. Your booking stays paid for.
Can I book an evening or weekend call?
Yes. The interviewer is an AI, so it can call any time, day or night, seven days a week.
Who calls me?
An AI voice assistant working for Sierrix. It introduces itself as an AI at the start. A person on our team reviews every report before you get it.
Is the call recorded?
Yes, with your agreement. The recording and transcript are used only to prepare your report. The assistant asks again at the start of the call, and you can say no.
Do I need Microsoft 365 or Copilot?
No. The interviewer asks what you use, and the plan is built on those tools. If you’re on Microsoft 365, it makes the most of it, Copilot included. If you’re not, we only suggest Microsoft 365 where it would clearly be the best choice for you.
Which AI tools do you recommend?
Whichever fits each job best, preferring what you already pay for. That can be Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini business plans, automation tools that connect your apps, or AI features built into software you already use.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. It helps to have a rough idea of your busiest tasks and which software you use, but the interviewer will guide you.
Will you ask for passwords or customer details?
Never. We don’t need passwords, payment details, or any of your customers’ personal information, and the assistant will stop you if you start to share them.
